“I have been a member of this credit union for many, many years and can’t recommend it enough! Most recently, I had a big problem with online banking. Our accounts were complicated by being in a trust, but the Branch Manager who solved the problem was diligent and dogged – she assured me she would not give up until my problem was solved, and she stayed true to that promise! It took a good 45 minutes or so, but they identified the issue and resolved it, eliminating what had been the thing that had caused my problem, and helping me restructure my access. Kudos-to-the Branch Manager!”
